The taste of Bernard is dominated by solid hop bitterness leaving a long aftertaste on the palate. Unpasteurized, barley beer brewed according to the traditional recipe from spring water and appropriately selected malt of the highest quality. Thanks to its unique recipe, it maintains a perfect harmony between the characteristic bitterness and hop flavor. This beer at the World Beer Championships won a silver medal and 88 points out of 100.

This “Christmas Lager” is an unpasteurized beer with a characteristic yeast flavor and aroma, it is a source of B vitamins, enzymes, microelements and biocatalysts. Beer regularly awarded since its premiere in 1995 as the best Czech specialty beer, among others silver medal – World Beer Championships USA 2007, bronze medal – Australian International Beer Awards 2008.

Bernard cerny
Unpasteurized and unfiltered beer with an unusual intensity of taste. It is made of five types of malt, yeast and Żatec granulated hops. The aroma is burnt, slightly coffee tasting with a distinct fruity note, while the taste is dominated by the sour-bitter taste of roasted malt.
